This Wedding and Vow Renewal ceremony training is career enhancement for registered clergy. It will heighten your understanding of the metaphysics of ceremony, and you will learn how to write and officiate meaningful ceremonies.
This training is part of our Metaphysical Career Enhancement Training (MCET) programs offered through the Academy of Inner Wisdom.

Part One:
A TAO EXPERIENCE
Through the primary understanding of this material, you will come to connect with the balance inherent in the Tao.
Learn how these beautiful natural energies support you in the creation of powerful and meaningful ceremony.
Every exploration of the day is unique. Reflecting on the Tao building blocks in the different types of ceremonies brings new metaphysical insight and understanding.
Part Two:
THE METAPHYSICS OF A TAO CEREMONY
When you understand the energetics and plan for them in your ceremony creation, you connect to the deepest aspect of the many souls who attend your ceremonies.
These Tao ceremonies speak to those who are moving into a sacred and devoted union. You create, hold, and anchor sacred space. Step confidently into your presence and powerfully into your role as metaphysical clergy and as an ambassador of the Divine.
Before the Workshop
HOME STUDY
You will complete the Meditation Experience of the Tao. This includes video instruction and personal contemplation.
You will experience the natural energies of the Tao through quiet contemplation; energies that have an influence on your daily experience.
During the workshop, there will be instruction on these natural energies, and how to incorporate them into your beautiful Wedding and Vow Renewal ceremonies.
TIME COMMITMENT:
6-7 hours
Training materials are accessible upon receipt of registration and payment.
We recommend doing each energy of the Tao on a separate day
to give it the space to have a little fullness in your daily experience.
Ideally over 9-10 days.

TIME COMMITMENT:
One day workshop (8 hours)
Home Study is required before attending the workshop.
The workshop offering is included in your program registration fee.

Certification
This training provides a solid foundation to move confidently into the creation and delivery of energetically balanced Tao Wedding and Vow Renewal ceremonies.
Metaphysically, you will learn how to create ceremony that incorporates the connection, balance and flow of the Tao. Your ceremony will speak to those who are moving into a sacred and devoted union. Practically, there are legalities and logistics that must be adhered to for a legal ceremony to occur.
Complete all the Home Study modules and attend the complete workshop to receive your Tao Wedding and Vow Renewal Ceremonies certificate of completion.

THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF NATURE – THE 8 TRIGRAMS
Learn about the building blocks of nature, the 8 trigrams of the Tao.
These are natural energies that we experience simply by living on Earth, they have been on our planet since creation. Advance your understanding and connection with each class you take.
Thunder and Lake, Mountain and Wind, Water and Fire, Earth and Heaven
These 8 trigrams combine together to form the Yin Yang or Tai Chi.
BALANCE
For each natural energy of the Tao, explore how the trigram energy expresses itself through the fundamental principles of the Tao – connect, balance and flow.
Learn the resonant, expansive vocabulary that can be used to bring your ceremony into energetic alignment.
Discover everyday tools that can be used to connect with the spiritual resources of each trigram – including affirmation, intention and prayer. There will be a discussion on how to practically use these tools for your own energetic alignment.
MEDITATIVE EXPERIENCE
You will be guided through a meditative process for each of the natural energies of the Tao. These breath prayers are energetically aligned to anchor you into each natural energies of the Tao.
FLOW
The Tao (in literal translation) means your path or life’s journey, and the Tao is experienced by all.
Through the teachings of the Tao, you deeply understand that you are more than your physical body and that we are all connected to each other.
Celebrating the life journey of the deceased individual, in this perfectly balanced way, brings fullness to the family, completing the cycle.
