Refund Policy
for the Celebrant and Spiritual Practitioner

Payment Plan Refund Policy:

Upon receipt of the student’s Celebrant and Spiritual Practitioner Program (CSP) application, the Academy will respond with a scheduling link for the Exploration Call. The Exploration Call is used to determine if the program meets the student’s interests and needs. If at the end of the Exploration Call the student expresses interest to enrol in the program then:

  1. A $500 registration fee will be invoiced when the student expresses interest in pursuing the training. The $500 payment reserves a spot for the student in the program. (This payment will be put towards the student’s total program costs.) The student may officially withdraw their ‘Intent to Enrol’ within the first 10 days after the registration fee has been paid, and a full refund of the registration fee will be given. The funds will be returned to the account from which they were originally sent, within 30 days from the official withdrawal date.

    After 10 days, if the student chooses to officially withdraw their candidacy for the CSP program the $500 registration fee will be forfeited.

  2. To complete enrolment, the student is required to sign the student enrolment contract and pay the initial program fee invoice of $1,000. These fees are non-refundable.

    The balance of the course fees of $1,755 is to be paid monthly, in the amount of $438.75 per month for 4 months. The first payment is due 30 days after the student enrolment and first payment is received. These funds are non-refundable.

  3. In the event that the Academy terminates the student enrolment prior to the start of the training a full refund of all the fees paid will be given. The funds will be returned to the account from which they were originally sent within 30 days of the contract termination date.
  4. The program for each student will start after receipt of the initial program fee.
  5. After the start of the program, should the student or the Academy be unable to continue with the training each case will be evaluated according to circumstances and refunds determined accordingly.

Single Payment Refund Policy:

  2. To complete enrolment, the student is required to sign the student enrolment contract and pay the balance of the program fees of $2,600. These fees are non-refundable.
  3. In the event that the Academy terminates the student enrolment prior to the start of the training a full refund of all the fees paid will be given. The funds will be returned to the account from which they were originally sent within 30 days of the contract termination date.
  4. The program for each student will start once course fees are paid.
  5. After the start of the program, should the student or the Academy be unable to continue with the training, each case will be evaluated according to circumstances and refunds determined accordingly.
